The LEMM MiniTurbo AT-1002 CB antenna with a length of 110 centimeters helps transmit and receive in the CB band over a distance of up to 10 km (in ideal conditions, without obstacles).

Factors influencing communication distance:
» Antenna length: longer antennas will have a greater range than shorter antennas.
» Mounting location: the higher the antenna is mounted, the better the range.
» Installation quality: Installation mistakes such as lack of mass will result in a high SWR value and limited range.
» Surrounding relief: The surrounding relief plays a huge role in determining the range of action. Obstacles such as buildings or wooded areas will limit the range.

Cable and mount for fixed attachment included

Thanks to the included accessories (mount and RG58 cable) mounting the antenna becomes simple and fast:

» Connect the antenna to a separately purchased fixed bracket (e.g.: PNI SPA100, PNI SPA110, PNI L1) previously mounted on the car.
» Test the SWR in an open area with a reflectometer. In some cases you may need to lift or shorten the wire to achieve an optimal SWR value. For optimal results, we recommend that this procedure, called calibration, be performed by authorized personnel with special equipment.
» Connect a PL259 plug (not included) at the end of the antenna cable to the antenna plug at the back of the station.
