The PNI C120 charger and rectifier, with 7 charging stages, ensures the charging and maintenance of lead-acid, gel, calcium or AGM batteries.

The PNI C120 has multiple charging modes depending on environmental conditions or the purpose of charging:

• charging and maintenance mode (Recommended mode for standard batteries and for charging in temperature conditions higher than 5°C),
• maintenance charging mode (ideal for long-term battery connection),
• charging mode during the winter ,
• reconditioning mode (Applies an increased charging voltage in a controlled manner to allow recovery of deeply discharged batteries) or
• automatic charging mode that will automatically select the fastest and safest charging mode for the battery.

Battery analyzer

The PNI C120 charger and rectifier performs a battery analysis: battery voltage analysis, engine power analysis, battery capacity analysis and alternator output analysis.

PNI C120 offers you all the necessary tools for the longest and safest use of your vehicle's battery.

The screen displays information about usage, charging and testing modes, as well as various error codes for quick problem identification.

Memory function

The memory function allows the vehicle's audio and electrical settings to be saved when the battery is removed.

How to connect the PNI C120 rectifier to the battery

ATTENTION: Connecting the PNI C120 charger-rectifier to the battery is done differently whether the battery is mounted on the car or not .

1. Make sure the AC adapter is not connected to an AC power source.

2. a. For batteries located in the vehicle:
• Connect the red (+) clamps of the rectifier to the red (+) terminal of the battery.
• Connect the black (-) clamp of the rectifier to a bolt on the engine block , away from the battery and fuel lines.

2. b. For batteries located outside the vehicle
• Connect the red (+) clamps of the rectifier to the red (+) terminal of the battery.
• Connect the black (-) clamp of the rectifier to the black (-) terminal of the battery.

Note: If you have reversed the polarity, the LED on the rectifier will light up.

3. Connect the AC adapter to an AC power source and turn on the rectifier.

4. After charging the battery, disconnect the rectifier from the power source. Then, disconnect the rectifier from the engine block and then from the battery.
