Frankincense, also known as olibanum, is made from the resin of the Boswellia tree. This tree typically grows in dry, mountainous regions of India, Africa, and the Middle East.

• in bath water (add up to 8 drops of essential oil) for rheumatic and muscular pain and for general relaxation

• in the massage oil

• by inhalation with 5 drops per 100ml of hot water

• in aromatherapy it combats stress, fatigue, migraines, improves breathing
